Both fast modes leave Delhi twice a week. Cut-offs are Tuesday and Friday, 9:30 PM: a parcel in by then is on that week's departure.

Both directions, every week

From Delhi, every Sunday; From Lamka, every Friday.

On the train service

Delhi to Aizawl, 2 to 3 days. Delhi to Lamka, 3 to 4 days. Owner estimates, stated as ranges rather than a promise we cannot hold a railway to.

Every parcel we carry on our own network is covered up to the value you declare, for the whole journey and seven days past delivery.

Covered against loss or theft

Every parcel booked at a Bethel counter and carried on our own network is covered against loss or theft while it is with us, up to the value you declare. Damage is not covered. Part of the journey is with an airline or a transporter, so ask us to pack anything fragile.

No extra chargeIncluded

Free up to Rs.50,000

Cover is included in the price on Air, Road and Train alike. Nothing is added to your bill while the value you declare is Rs.50,000 or under, and there is nothing to ask for and nothing to tick. Parcels we hand to an outside courier, and bookings taken at a partner counter, are not covered by us - the counter will tell you when that applies.

Above that

2% of the declared value

Declare more than Rs.50,000 and cover costs 2% of the value you declare, shown as its own line on your receipt. The value you declare is what we pay, so declare what the parcel is really worth.

How long

Booking until seven days after delivery

Cover runs from the moment we take the parcel until seven days past delivery, so a recipient who opens a box late is still inside the window.

Every covered parcel gets a numbered cover certificate as page two of its invoice, naming the parcel, the declared value and the amount covered.

Drop at any branch

We weigh, measure, and book your parcel on the spot. You leave with a 6-character Tracking ID and a final price: the one you will pay, and the last figure you will hear. Send a parcel.

Step 02

We consolidate & dispatch

Your parcel rides by Air, Road, or Train, your choice at booking. Air and Road leave Delhi every Wednesday and Saturday, with cutoffs Tuesday and Friday, 9:30 PM. Train from Delhi leaves every Sunday; Train from Lamka leaves every Friday. Cut-offs: 3:00 PM Saturday from Delhi, 3:00 PM Thursday from Lamka.

Track your parcel

Enter the 6-character Tracking ID on our Track page, or send it to us on WhatsApp. Booked, dispatched, at the hub, arrived: you see each stage.

Collect at the branch

The recipient picks up at the destination branch. Prefer it brought to the door? Ask for door delivery when you book.

Online orders, delivered where couriers don't go

Most online stores won't deliver to Lamka. Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Bajaao or anywhere else: order it to our Aizawl or Munirka hub address instead, in your own name and phone number. We receive your package, book it onward, and the recipient collects it at their home branch. Zero middlemen. Ask us for the hub address.

Bethel Courier began 23 years ago as a women-run service carrying parcels between Delhi and home. There were trials and there were failures (routes that fell through, seasons that nearly broke us) and every one of them taught us how to run the network we own today. The women who started it still set the standard: weigh it honestly, price it once, and get it there.
