At Bethel Laundry, we stand behind every garment we handle. Here is what you can count on.
Garment Safety
We inspect every item on arrival and again before delivery. If we spot any pre-existing damage, we note it before cleaning begins — no surprises.
What Happens If Something Goes Wrong
- Damage during cleaning: We will re-clean the item at no charge. If the damage cannot be reversed, our liability is limited to the cost of that cleaning service.
- Lost garment: Compensation is capped at ₹2,000 per item. All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Not happy with the result? Tell us within 48 hours and we will re-clean it free of charge, no questions asked.
Uncollected Items
Items left uncollected for more than 30 days after completion may be donated or disposed of. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you first.
Payment
Cash or UPI on delivery. No advance required — you pay only when you are satisfied.
