How We Do It
Our process — step by step
Empty & Inspect
The bag must be empty. We confirm this before starting and note any existing scuffs or damage to the shell.
Wheel & Handle Clean
Wheels are the dirtiest part of any trolley bag. Debris is removed from the axle housing, the wheel surface is cleaned, and the telescopic handle mechanism is wiped and tested.
Shell Wipe-Down
The exterior shell (hard or soft) is cleaned with appropriate products. Hard shells get a polish; fabric shells get a light foam clean and spot treatment for marks.
Interior Clean
The main compartment and all zipped pockets are wiped down. Mesh dividers are cleaned. Any debris, crumbs, or residue is removed.
Deodorise & Dry
A deodorising treatment is applied inside. The bag is left open to air-dry before being zipped up for return.
